• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Packages must be completed within their validity period.
• A one-time 2-week freeze option is available only for the Long-Term Flow Plan.
• Group classes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants (excluding private sessions).
• Group class duration varies between 45–55 minutes.
