Certified Pilates Trainer
İpek Yılmaz is a certified Pilates instructor with over 6 years of experience in teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates. Originally from Istanbul and now based in Veldhoven, İpek combines deep anatomical knowledge with a warm, personalized approach to training.
Her expertise includes working with clients who have scoliosis, postural imbalances, chronic pain, joint conditions, and prenatal/postnatal needs. She is known for her ability to adapt each session to the specific goals and limitations of her clients — helping them move with confidence, control, and ease.
İpek’s mission is to create a supportive environment where people can reconnect with their bodies and build long-lasting strength through mindful movement.
She teaches in English and Turkish.
